Reviews and Ratings
The hotel had very basic rooms, below the expected standards and cleanliness, more like a motel 6 or hostel with a questionable 'electrocution shower. ' Despite this, the service was friendly, and they cleaned and cooked our fish for free. The location was nice but needed better maintenance, although it was near a secluded beach. The dining experience was filling with a buffet of hash browns, eggs, and sausages. Overall, the facilities were acceptable, but improvements are needed for a better stay.
My stay at this hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms were very basic and reminded me more of a motel or hostel rather than a 3-star hotel. The famous 'electrocution shower' of Costa Rica was definitely not a highlight. On the positive side, the service was friendly and courteous. The location, while remote, offered a relaxing atmosphere with beautiful views and safe surroundings. The dining options were satisfying with a variety of dishes, but the facilities felt a bit neglected in some areas.
The hotel is set on a beautiful secluded beach in the Central Pacific, making it a cozy and unbeatable place to stay. While the rooms were very basic and in need of updating, the location and friendly service compensate for the lack of modern amenities. The dining experience, although pricey, offers a filling buffet to keep you energized for your day's adventures.
Staying at this hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms, although below my expectations with a dilapidated feel and small bathrooms, had super comfy furniture, especially nice for watching TV since only the BBC News channel was available. The cabins, however, were cute according to my friends. The service was top-notch, making up for the room shortcomings with healthy and tasty meals and friendly, courteous staff. The location was superb, with coconut trees and private beach areas to relax and watch pelicans glide by; perfect for enjoying hammocks under palm trees. The dining was average, with simple food that was quite filling. The facilities were decent, albeit nothing extraordinary.
My stay at the hotel was a mix of comfort and challenges. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with super comfy furniture to relax and watch TV, but the bathrooms were as small as a phone booth, and the 'electrocution shower' was an experience. The service was top-notch in terms of friendliness and food, although the internet service left much to be desired. The location, set on a beautiful secluded beach with overhanging coconut trees, was stunning but quite far from everything. Dining options were varied, though a bit expensive. Overall, a great, clean, and comfortable stay with some minor hiccups.
